The author chhronicles the history of Fisher Renwick from it’s earliest yers in coastal shipping, developments during two world wars, to it’s latter days as a contract hire specialist. The book is profusely illustrated with b/w photographs of the various vehicles, with fleet lists of the steamers owned by Fisher Renwick , Scammell fleet lists owned, and many other statistics, to the rear.
The dust wrapper is in near fine condition, clean, with only very mild imperfections.
The binding is secure and tight.
Inside, there is an ownership bookplate to the top corner of the front paste-down behind the inside flap and some rippling to the free end-papers and paste-downs, otherwise, the content is clean, glossy and fresh and in fine condition.
