This scarce book is a celebration of traditional Japanese embroidery presented by Iwao Saito, the founder of Kurenai-kai. There are 78 close-up images of beautiful embroidered designs for costumes and interiors, with captions in both Japenese and English, otherwise, the rest of the book is in Japanese.
The dust wrapper is in very good condition, clean and bright, with .6 x .7 cm closed tear to the bottom rear corner.
The binding is secure and tight.
Internally, the content is clean and in fine condition.
A very nice copy indeed of a collectable publication.
