Alan Carter started his motorcycling career early, first becoming a sensation at 18 by winning his first Grand Prix in France – the youngest-ever GP winner and one of only three Brits to finish on the MotoGP podium for more than 20 years.
His best ever season was in 1985, Carter finished seventh in the 250cc World Championship and went on to compete in 54 GPs until 1990.
The book card covers are in near fine condition, clean and fresh, with very slight rubbing to the corners.
The binding is tight. There are some light stains to the outside fore-edge of the pages. Inside, the content is clean and in fine condition. The book is signed to the title page.
