This is a very rare illustrated vintage E.C. Walton catalogue, for bungalows of various designs, with plans. Photographs are in sepia and there is a separate price list, dated 1964.
Condition:
The card covers are clean and in very good condition, with a slight curl to the corners.
The centre 4-page section has detached from the binding. Otherwise, the interior is unmarked and in very good condition.
