The dust wrapper is in very good condition, clean and bright, with a 1cm closed tear to the top of the spine to the front fore-edge near the bottom and and mild handling marks.
The binding is secure and tight.
There is light spotting to the top edges of the pages.
Inside, the content is clean and unmarked and in fine condition.
