The dust wrapper is in vg condition, clean and bright, with very slight bumping to the top and tail of the spine, scuffs to the top corners and a half inch closed tear to the back with associated scuff and creasing (see photo).

The binding is secure and tight. Inside, the content is clean and unmarked and in near fine condition.
