Early Preston And Its Environs By H. H. Halewood – Rare Signed Copy

£48.00

This collectable book was produced to commemorate the 1972 Preston Guild and includes 99 fine black and white line engravings and maps, and six pages of text. It is one of just 700 copies of which only the first fifty were signed, this being number 48. What makes this copy rarer still is that it is actually signed by H. H. Halewood of Halewood and Sons, the renowned local bookshop still going strong today, rather than more commonly by the editor, Geoff Green.
