A wallet to the rear contains a set of plans and working drawings of the Golden Hind by L. V. Price. There are 8 sheets, each 30ins by 20ins, arranged in a progressive order, each sheet covering a definite stage of construction. The scale is a quarter inch to one foot. A four page pamphlet contains historical notes on Drake’s ship, and constructional notes.

The book’s covers are in good condition with rubbing and fading in places.

The binding is secure.

The content is in vg condition, clean with light tanning appropriate with the age of the publication.

The plans are also lightly yellowing, but clean.
