In “The Green Pastures” local author George Birtill takes the reader on a nostalgic tour around and about Leyland. The book is well illustrated with black and white photographs and articles reprinted from the Leyland Guardian.
Condition:
The dustwrapper is present, with some chips, a few closed tears, and bumping to the top edges. The spine is yellowing, otherwise, for the most part, the jacket is clean and bright.
The green cloth boards are in lovely clean condition.
The binding is secure and tight, and the interior is fresh and in fine condition.
A very nice copy of a scarce title.
