The dust wrapper is in good condition, clean, with a 3cm closed tear to the bottom fore-corner, small chips to the top corners, rubbing and creasing to the extremities and light scratches.

The binding is secure and tight. Inside, there are some minor light stains and specks to the fep and bep, otherwise the content is clean and in near fine condition.
